That is not a philosophical abstraction. It is what I have seen, again and again, working with senior leaders at the highest levels of their organisations.
The leaders who create the most enduring impact — who are felt in a room, and felt even when they are not in it — are not necessarily the most technically brilliant. They are the ones who know themselves. Their values, their edges, their blind spots, and their deepest source of strength.
And yet — most leadership development stops well short of that territory.
That is where my work begins.
